I try to pamper my skin with the scrub at least once a week. My senses respond instantly to lavender. A spa feeling of relaxation and calmness overwhelms me. And that's exactly why the lavender scrub is my absolute favorite! But there are more reasons why using lavender is worth it.

This is how you prepare the body scrub:

You need:

30g coconut blossom sugar

4 drops of lavender oil

1 ½ tbsp liquid coconut oil

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 

You can directly start to to apply the srub on your skin. Now it’s time to peel. Use the good ingredients and let the peeling act like a mask: appeal for 5-10 Minutes and rinse off gently with warm water. 

The skin is deeply cleaned and shines in it’s fresh and natural flow.
