Oil Pulling

Effective, simple & healthy

Oil pulling originates from Ayurveda - the ancient traditional Indian medicine system. It has been used as a folk remedy for dental health for thousands of years.

„It is an easy and
natural remedy to
incorporate into our
daily routine."

Oil pulling reduces the number of harmful bacteria in the mouth. These bacteria form a thin layer of biofilm on the teeth, known as plaque. As the consumption of sugar and/or coffee increases, so does the plaque and stains which, in turn, create various problems like bad breath, cavities, gingivitis and gum inflammation.

The process of oil pulling is a great way to keep the harmful bacteria in the mouth down and prevent tooth decay. Studies have found oil pulling to be as effective as mouthwash. Regular oil pulling also a great way to whiten teeth whitening.

In addition, toxins and acids are drawn out from the entire mouth area and gums. Oil pulling has a detoxifying and antibacterial effect not only in the mouth but for the whole body!

It is an easy and natural remedy to incorporate into our daily routine.

How to do oil pulling:

- Take one tablespoon of coconut oil.

- Swish it around in the mouth for 15-20 minutes.

- Spit the oil into a napkin or the trash; do not do it in the sink otherwise you will clog up the pipes.

- Repeat daily before teeth brushing.

When incorporated into regular dental hygiene, oil pulling is a great way to keep your mouth healthy and your teeth white, clean and healthy!
