For 1 Loaf

Dry ingredients
450 g spelt flour
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp salt
1 package active dry yeast

Liquid ingredients
200 ml warm water (room temperature)
15 ml olive oil

Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make sure the water is not too cold or too hot. It should be just above the room temperature. Mix in the liquids with a wooden spoon and knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Cover it with a towel at a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should become bigger in size. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Knead and form the dough into a baguette. Put on the baking tray. Cut the top of the baguette 4 times by using a sharp knife. Cover again with the towel at a warm place. Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 356 F and bake for about 30 minutes until the baguette is slightly brown.
