Chocolate Chia Pudding

This little nutrient bomb is quickly prepared and a suitable as a snack.

Ingredients
2 medjool dates
200 ml oat milk
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of chia seeds

Toppings
fruits /figs
cocoa nibs
hemp seeds

 

Instructions
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Put it in a bowl and fill with chia seeds. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until there is a pulpy consistency. You can prepare one or two servings from it. Add various fruits, cocoa nibs and hemp seeds as topping.
