Easy Waffles

The perfect healthy, easy and delicious waffles to enjoy!

Recipe for 6 Waffles

200 g spelt flour
100 g almond flour
50 g coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of vanilla
pinch of salt
500 ml soy milk
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp coconut oil, neutral

Topping optional:

Berries
Nut paste 
Maple syrup

Combine apple cider vinegar and 100 ml soy milk in a cup and let set for 2-3 minutes. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl, combine well. Add all wet ingredients plus the soy milk with acv mix to the dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in the waffle iron according to the instructions and top with fruits.
