Festive Cake

A healthy and delicious cake for festive occasions

Dry ingredients
300 g spelled flour
120 g coconut blossom sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 teaspoon salt

Liquid ingredients
300 g milk
150 g melted vegan butter

180 g vegan butter
100 g xylitol powdered sugar
1/3 teaspoon vanilla

Rose petals


Mix all dry ingredients together. Add all liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.

Spread the mixture on two cake tins and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften. Mix with a hand mixer or a food processor until the butter mass almost doubles. Add xylitol and vanilla. Let the cake bases cool down. Spread half of the cream on the first floor. Place the second base on top and top with the rest of the cream.

Grind the rose petals in a blender and decorate the cake.
