Parsley Dressing

The healthy and delicious all-rounder

Recipe for 4 Servings

1 bunch of parsley
1 handful Cashews
240 ml of water
2 tbsp yeast flakes
Juice of ½ lemon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of chilli (optional)

Let the cashew nuts soak in hot water for 1 hour. Combine with all other ingredients and mix until creamy. If necessary, season again with the spices! Enjoy!

Goes well with: pasta, salads, as a dip
