Vegan Feta Pasta

Perfect for the whole family and ready in 20 minutes!

Recipe that serves 2:

200 g pasta
250 g cherry tomatoes
25 ml olive oil
200 g vegan feta cheese
1 pinch of chili powder
1 pinch ground pepper
1 pinch of salt
3 cloves of garlic
a handful fresh spinach
25 ml olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Place 250 g cherry tomatoes, cutted in halves in a baking dish. Top with 25 ml olive oil. Place a 200 g vegan feta cheese in the middle of the dish. Season the cheese with a pinch of chili powder, ground pepper and season the tomatoes with a pinch of sea salt and pepper as desired. Press 3 cloves of garlic into and top again with 25 ml olive oil. Bake for 15 min. Prepare 200g pasta meanwhile. When the Feta is ready, combine well with the tomatoes ( the melted cheese has a perfect creamy texture now). Add a handful of fresh spinach , season again and serve with pasta !
